Stage 1

Provide us passport copies and living place address in native country of Lithuanian company partners you wish to apply for a visa. You may include up to four partners under one company registration.

Stage 2

Transfer processing fee to our company by bank transfer or other alternative payment type.

Stage 3

Our lawyers prepare documents for company registration and send to you by email to print out and sign as per intructions. Then signed hard copies will have to be posted to us with a courier.

Stage 4

After receiving our complete document package, you submit the file at the nearest Lithuanian embassy or representative embasy for visa processing.

Stage 5

After two weeks of visa processing time you collect your passport with visa stamped in it from the same embassy. Now you are eligible to travel for one year visa free to all Schengen zone member countries.

If foreigner need to be coming and leaving Lithuania for multiple times it is possible to apply for a multiple entry short-term Type-C Lithuanian visa, this kind of a visa is issued under following circumstances and van be valid up to one year period:

- Foreigner has relatives who are living in the Republic of Lithuania;
- Foreigner has a residence permit in a European Union country which is not a part of a Schengen zone;
- Foreigner owns any kind of a real estate in Lithuania. There are no minimal requirements for the size, location or value of real estate;
- Foreigner is a director or board member of a foreign company which has registered a branch office in Lithuania;
- Foreigner who has already been issued for two times single entry Lithuanian Schengen visas.

After expiration of one year period visa foreigner can apply for two year Schengen visa under the same basis and the third time he is eligible to apply for a three year multiple entry Schengen visa under the same basis.
